In providing its services in connection with these travel arrangements and/or tour, Automobile Club of New York, Inc. ("the Club") acts only in its capacity as agent for each of the tour operators, wholesalers, carriers or other principals named in the brochures or other sales literature which describe the services such principals have agreed to provide to persons subscribing to such arrangements.

The Club calls each (tour) subscriber's attention to the disclaimers and limitations of the Club's tour operators, wholesalers, the carriers, or other principal's liability set forth in the brochures or other sales literature which the Club has provided to each subscriber.

The Club is in no way affiliated with the various carriers, companies or contractors, providing transportation, accommodation and other services and it is not responsible for the acts or defaults of such persons or organizations. All tickets, exchange orders and coupons are issued or delivered on the express condition that (i) the Club is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the acts or defaults of the various carriers, companies, persons or contractors providing such transportation, accommodation or other services, or the acts or defaults of any person not an employee of the Club; (ii) (Tour) subscribers acknowledge that the particular carrier, company, person or contractor providing transportation, accommodation or other services is solely responsible for providing same and each ticket, exchange order and coupon is to be regarded as one contract solely between such carrier, company, person or contractor and the tour subscriber; (iii) all expenses due to delay or change of schedule, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of God, must be borne by the (tour) subscriber; and (iv) all rates shown are subject to adjustment in the event of changes therein at the time of payment.

Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel.
